I was so close to reacting to my temptation with my suicidal tendencies around Christmas…. First times not the charm here lol. I can’t remember what got me out of it though.

I went to work the next day to an email of a mother who’s son who attempted suicide and I had to leave my desk because I was sobbing. I couldn’t imagine how she even showed up to work to present that paperwork to excuse her time out of work.

I hope I’m never blind to my kids pain… or suffering
